These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hauling Pro mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App
Hauling Pro is provided for tracking cutting horse show earnings, performance, and related information for personal or business use.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

3. Subscriptions & Payments
Hauling Pro may offer paid features or subscriptions.
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Pricing and subscription terms are disclosed at the time of purchase
• Hauling Pro does not store your payment information
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date, in accordance with the terms presented during checkout.

4. User Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including:
• Horse profiles
• Earnings records
• Show results and notes
By using the App, you grant Hauling Pro permission to store, process, and sync this data solely for the purpose of providing app functionality.

5. Data Storage & Sync
Most data is stored locally on your device. When logged in, certain data may be synced securely to support account access and continuity.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. Hauling Pro is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, deletion, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access or interfere with the App’s systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App
• Upload malicious or harmful content
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, branding, logos, and software, are owned by Hauling Pro.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Hauling Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
• The accuracy of earnings calculations
• That the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That the App will meet your specific needs
Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hauling Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
